The goods

Dietary supplements in tablet form made from botanical extracts and nutrients for daily support and respiratory tract wellness, intended to supplement a balanced diet. Product sheets for each formula clearly list contents, weight, and presentation format. Images are for illustrative purposes; the outer packaging finish may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Ordering and contract

The order is considered submitted once the checkout form is completed. A summary email notification will follow; the contract is finalized upon physical dispatch of the herbal tablets. We reserve the right to decline orders if inventory is depleted or if provided details appear unreliable, promptly refunding any sums paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping fees are specified in the order summary before final payment. Accepted payment methods are: Bank transfer. If an obvious pricing error occurs prior to dispatch, we will correct the amount and invite you to confirm or cancel the order.

Delivery

Details, delivery windows, and shipping rates are listed in the Shipping and Payments section. Responsibility for the parcel passes to you as soon as the carrier physically delivers the package to you.

Product images and colours

We photograph actual production batches from our workshop. Herb and tablet shades shown on screen may vary depending on your monitor, browser, or ambient light; a minor natural color difference does not constitute a defect and does not entitle you to a free return or compensation. Dimensions, selected herbs, and extracts are specified in each preparation fact sheet.

Transfer of risk

We track every parcel until the carrier physically hands it to you or to the person receiving it on your behalf at the agreed address. From that moment, the risk of loss or damage transfers to you. If the packaging shows visible damage, report it immediately to the delivery driver and write to us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

We accept returns of unopened items within 30 days of delivery, as outlined in the Returns section. All marketed products are covered by the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided by articles 128-135 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), applicable to manufacturing defects of the original batch or damaged seals upon receipt.

• Custom-made items or goods clearly personalized at the customer's request.
• Perishable goods or products with a short shelf life.
• Sealed food supplements opened after delivery, not eligible for return due to hygiene and health protection reasons under Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
• Goods that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.
• Digital content or sealed media unsealed by the consumer after delivery.

Liability

The overall liability of Voloshealse Botanica S.r.l. for any contractual or non-contractual claim is expressly limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the order in question or up to a maximum amount of 100 EUR. Nothing in these agreements excludes or limits statutory consumer rights established by law.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Take the tablets according to the dosage on the bottle: our extracts do not replace medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed exclusively by Italian law; for any dispute with consumers residing in Italy, jurisdiction lies with the court of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer. If an issue cannot be resolved by contacting us directly, the competent court is that of the seller's registered office, without prejudice to consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
