Estimates are calculated in business days from dispatch. Deliveries to remote areas may require an extra 1-2 days.
Orders placed before 15:00 on business days ship the same day. Orders confirmed after that cutoff, on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays ship the next business day. We immediately send an email with your order ID.
Tablet products are packaged in sealed protective blister packs or bottles with tamper-evident safety seals, placed in thermal-insulated boxes with shock-absorbing padding to protect active ingredients from temperature fluctuations during transport.
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the customer receives an automatic notification via email and SMS containing the tracking number to follow the shipment status in real time.
If package tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, write to us at [email protected] with your order number. We will check with the courier and, based on your preference, prepare a replacement shipment or issue a full refund within 10 business days of your message.
If a package is visibly damaged upon delivery, the customer must accept the shipment with specific written reservations to the carrier and send photographic proof of the packaging and product to [email protected] within 48 hours for an immediate replacement.
We accept payments via Bank transfer. We never ask for your card details or banking credentials over the phone or by email.
We ship our products to a selected list of countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for each destination appear at checkout before payment. Customs duties and local import taxes remain the responsibility of the recipient.
