We accept returns for any product purchased on Voloshealse within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Here we outline requirements, process steps, cost management, and refund timeframes.
Returns are permitted within a strict period of 30 days from receipt of the parcel. Products must be intact, unopened, with the warranty seal undamaged, the original packaging intact, and blister packs showing no signs of tampering.
If the shipment has defects, damage, or does not match what you ordered, we cover the cost by sending a prepaid shipping label or booking a collection. If you simply change your mind, return shipping is your responsibility; we apply no other deductions.
We issue the refund within 3 business days of product inspection. For cash on delivery orders, we issue a bank transfer to the account details you provide; if you paid by bank transfer, we refund the same account. Bank processing times usually take between 1 and 5 business days.

If you want a different variant or product, please follow the return steps and place a new order; we will refund the returned item as soon as the package reaches our warehouse. If the exchange is due to an error on our part, the new shipment will be free of charge.
